Returning any Item

We want you to be satisfied with whatever you have ordered, but if you don’t like the color or design or the product looks different than the picture, let us know immediately with in 48 hours. We are always ready to give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style.

Return Terms and Conditions:

✻ All returns must reach us within 3 days of the original delivery/shipment date.
✻ Any returns after 3 days will not be accepted.
✻ Return shipping will be paid by the customer and we will also deduct the shipping cost that we have spent while sending the product, even if the product was in Free Shipping  because we had to pay for the shipping cost anyway.
✻ Return will not be accepted for custom made products
✻ Return will not be accepted for Saree with custom stitched blouse.
✻ No returns on Jewelries except if there is a fault from our part.
✻ No returns on any sale items, no exceptions.
✻ No returns on items received  by customers during Bengali/Bangladeshi and/or religious festivals (for example: Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, etc). This  policy applies to shipments reaching customers between 7 days prior and 7 days after any festivals.

✻ Item must be in selling condition, not worn and in original packaging attached with the tag. Without the tag attached with the item, we will not accept any return/exchanges. No Exceptions.

We do not accept returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
✻ We will deduct  5% to 10% of the order cost Paid by you when you will return a product after purchase.
✻ Shipping Cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange by mail:

Return your purchase to our return address (within 3 days of your order delivery/shipment date). Return shipping will be paid by the customer and we will also deduct the money that we have spent while sending the product. Order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 01977400301. We’ll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

International returns:

We cannot offer merchandise returns/exchanges on orders shipped outside the Bangladesh.
